It’s Wednesday and I invite you to be inspired.  I took this shot over a year ago at a FANTABULOUS shoot with Bridgette Marie Photography.  Even though I was just there to soak in the beauty and hang out with a good friend, I caught this shot before the day was over.  I just “rediscovered” it while choosing photos for my soon-to-be updated website.

I am not into “trash the dress” sessions”, but how about a boudoir session, with your dress??  My brain is swirling with fantastic ideas. And you don’t have to ruin your dress!!

(bonus: posing tip… side boob is always hot!)

SWEET RATES AVAILABLE FOR VALENTINES SHOOTS

I trust you all had a fabulous holiday and are ready to dive into the next one!!  Ha ha, right? Well, don’t wait too long, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and a boudoir shoot and album are the perfect gift for your valentine.

Over the past few years I have held quite a few boudoir “marathons”, promising shorter more compact sessions with a smaller gallery to choose from.  And although they are a great way to make it work for some clients, I have found that they do not work well for me.  I have never been able to stick to the “20 or 30” minutes for a marathon session, or given a client just the promised 10 images to choose from.  In fact, I tend to schedule my day so that each client has the possibility of at least an hour.  at least.  And no one has ever seen just 10 images.  I just prefer not to do what I do in such a small window of time, limiting what I present, limiting my creativity.  I also LOVE getting to know my clients, and a 20 minute session doesn’t give me nearly enough time to help create something personal for you!

If you’ve had a session with me in the past, you already know that I tend to get carried away when I get inspired.  Which I always do! (otherwise, why would I be doing this??) I will take tons of photos of the same pose, until I see exactly what I am looking for.  And that often brings me all sorts of directions.  My need to find a creative space does not leave room for me to rush or take just a few photos of you.

All that being said, (and I won’t be offended if you skipped over it all), There will be very SWEET RATES available in honor of Valentine’s Day, through February 30th.  There are a limited number of sweet rate shoots available, and they will all be full private sessions.

The shoot deadline for Valentine’s Day delivery is January 31^st.  Sessions scheduled later than January 31^st will require a small rush fee.

Holiday Sultry Saturday Marathons at the Hotel Valley Ho –  November 13th and December 4th

I get so excited for the holidays.  LOVE the music, (which I secretly listen to all year), and really truly enjoy spending time with family.  This year, I get to spend my very first Christmas with my sweet Vincenzo (and my husband or course!).  I can’t even stand it… it is going to be fantastic.  I get to sing him Christmas songs!!!  (he loves to listen to me sing and watch me dance around like a crazy.. I am so lucky!)  And I am sure he will enjoy my dancing Santa more, if not as much as I do.

The holiday season also means creating unique family photos and helping amazing women create unique holiday gifts for their men. (Not to mention creating a fabulous experience for them!)

Holiday Sultry Saturday Marathons are taking place at the Hotel Valley Ho, in an exclusive Tower Suite, on November 13th and December 4th.

Sessions are just $350 and include a 3o minute session, 2 looks and 10 digital negatives with full copyrights.  Prints, Albums and Hair and Makeup services are also available.

No baby yet, but little Vincenzo is well on his way!  Only a few weeks til my due date now and we are certainly getting anxious.  For those of you who have not had a recent session with me, I am about to have my first baby and could not be more excited!

I will be taking maternity leave from now until Mid-May.  There is still one spot left in May, and I am also taking bookings for June and July.  Please send me an email if you are interested.  I will be sure to get back to you as quickly as possible.

I have so many sessions to post!!  This is the lovely Mrs. B at her Valentine’s Day session.  And when I say lovely, I mean unbelievably  gorgeous!  Stay tuned for more to come….  (maybe after the baby!)
