So this is my first “birth” experience, (not including my mother giving
birth to my little brother, which let’s just say, was DRAMATIC).  It
was amazing.  People who know me will already be aware that I was
crying the whole time.  I had imagined this truly chaotic event with
screaming and quick movement, maybe a snappy nurse or two, but it was
quite the opposite.  Mom was calm and collected – Dad was his nutty
self.  We were at the hospital for a mere 3 or 4 hours and then there
he was!  (That is, of course, not including the week of pre-labor mom
had to deal with.)  It all seemed very smooth and easy.  I was just a
bystander though, I am sure mom would tell a different story.  Anywho -
the slideshow above will introduce you to the sweetest little boy, who
at his tender age already seems quite curious about the world around
