Many of you may know that I babysit on occasion, for a family that I just ADORE!  Since I don't have any kiddos of my own, I figured it appropriate to post about the little guys on my blog.  You should start seeing more of them in the next few months.  I am in love with these children – and am often blessed to have the opportunity to spend the day with them.  I have been wanting to blog a bit more about myself – so that you can all get to know me a little better, seeing as you will be inviting me into your home   Sometime soon, I will be writing about my own children – hopefully next year!!!  Until that day comes…  Meet Patty – his name is actually Patrick, but his friends call him Patty.  I am sure he will never forgive us when he is older, but for now, it's the cutes thing.  There is a song called, Daddy-O, by Frances England, whom I absolutely adore, (you can find her children's music at www.francesengland.com) -I like to sing it to Patty (when no one else is around – substituting the Daddy-o part with "Patty-O".  He loves it.

I love newborns.  I love having the opportunity to spend a day with a new mom and dad during such a precious fleeting time.  Especially the dads – for some reason that really touches my heart.  They just look so filled with love.  It doesn't matter how my day or week has gone.  The moment I meet that new little life – it's all good.

I’m Married!!!

As many of you know – I got married over the weekend in a beautiful church in Guadalupe, Arizona.  The ceremony was gorgeous and the reception – so much fun!!  I was incredibly lucky to have a fabulously talented friend photograph my wedding – just for fun!!  She is local wedding photographer, Bridgette Marie.  I am soooooo happy with her images and cannot wait to see more   Here are just a few:

Me and my new hubby!!  Mario.  We had so much fun that day – isn't he handsome!!  I just LOVED my dress – my mother made it for me by hand over the last few months.  She did such a beautiful job – it was everything I dreamed of and more.  Don't be surprised if I wear it to a session or two – I would wear it every day if I could

My flowers were just GORGEOUS!  (Tami
Tisdale Floral Designs – Innovative Creations for Special
Events)  She created this one of a kind flower for me to wear in my hair – it was perfect and she had never even seen the dress!  The rings are a mixture of my grandmother's wedding ring and my engagement diamond.

and me and my Dad – one of my favorites!  I have looked forward to this dance for a lifetime and it was just perfect!  We danced to "Days like this" by Van Morrison.  So perfect.

I am sure that there will be more to share in the future.  THANK YOU OH SO MUCH BRIDGETTE!!! 

I also had another photographer shooting the wedding – and will share some of his work as soon as I see it!!  I am so excited – and feel so blessed to have been photographed by such talented people this weekend.  It was certainly odd to be on the other end of the camera – but I love the results
